1. Before work begins
A cancellation request made before project work or committed third-party procurement begins may be eligible for refund after deduction of payment-gateway charges, taxes already deposited where non-recoverable, consultation or discovery work completed and other documented costs.
2. After work begins
Software services involve reserved capacity and customized work. Fees for discovery, design, development, configuration, delivered milestones, licences, hosting, domains, APIs or other third-party costs are generally non-refundable once incurred or delivered.
3. Milestones and digital delivery
Where milestone billing applies, an approved or delivered milestone is not normally refundable. Refund eligibility for a standard digital product, if any, will be stated in its order terms. Downloaded, activated, customized or licensed products may not be cancellable except where required by law.
4. How to request
Send a written request to info@paynovex.in with the customer name, quotation or invoice reference, payment details and reason. Eligibility will be assessed against the applicable quotation, agreement, delivery status and costs incurred.
5. Approved refunds
Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to banking or payment-provider timelines. The project-specific agreement prevails where it contains different cancellation or refund terms.
