1. Website and catalogue

Website information is provided for general business information and enquiry purposes. Store listings describe solution categories and do not constitute an automatic sale, licence grant or binding offer.

Features, scope, pricing, taxes, delivery schedules, hosting, integrations and support are confirmed only in an accepted quotation, proposal, statement of work or agreement.

2. Project engagement

The client must provide timely, accurate requirements, content, access and approvals. Changes outside the agreed scope may require revised charges and timelines. Work begins according to the payment and commencement terms in the applicable commercial document.

3. Fees, taxes and payment

Fees, milestones, applicable GST or other taxes and payment methods are stated in the relevant quotation or agreement. Late or failed payments may result in paused work, restricted access or delayed delivery, subject to the agreed terms.

4. Intellectual property

Ownership of custom deliverables, pre-existing materials, licensed components, source code and usage rights will be defined in the project agreement. Until full payment of applicable fees, PAYNOVEX may withhold transfer or final access where permitted by the agreed commercial terms.

Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their respective licence terms.

5. Acceptable conduct

You must not submit unlawful material, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt systems, infringe rights, reverse engineer protected components or use services for fraud, abuse or prohibited activity.

6. Warranties and liability

Services are delivered according to the written scope. Except where expressly agreed or required by law, website information and preliminary demonstrations are provided without implied guarantees. Liability, exclusions and remedies for a project are governed by the applicable agreement and mandatory law.

7. Suspension, termination and law

Services may be suspended or terminated for material breach, non-payment, unlawful use or security risk, subject to applicable contract terms. These website terms are governed by the laws of India; courts with appropriate jurisdiction in Odisha will apply unless a signed agreement states otherwise.
